MEET THE STAFF
Founder
Felician University Head Coach, Phil Delgado is the founder of Chasing Greatness. Chasing Greatness aims to be the truest recruiting tool for both athletes and college coaches. Phil began hosting instructional prospect events in 2021. Chasing Greatness had a tremendous turnout at the 2021 camp, hosting over 30 college coaches and showcasing over 100+ athletes.

The Last Look Prospect Camp puts the emphasis on the instruction athletes are given. Coaches will have the ability to roam fields during each segment, allowing coaches to view more athletes and a wider range of skills. Athletes will not only be able to showcase their talents, but also be able to engage in conversations with coaches of schools that interest them.
